Luis is the partner in charge of the Tax and Legal Services area. He studied both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Tax Law at UPAEP, as well as at Universidad Panamericana, where he obtained a specialization from the Graduate School of Law.

He has 25 years of experience as an academic and professor, as well as a speaker and lecturer on specialized tax matters. He has worked as a consultant since 1991, when he collaborated with PwC, and later as a specialized partner at firms such as BDO and RSM.

He is currently our partner in charge of the tax and public finance area, and serves as a counselor and lead advisor on Tax Control, Corporate Restructuring, and Governance projects. He is also a counselor in business institutions and an active member of professional associations in the field.
