Andrés Cachón

Andrés is a partner of the firm in Puebla. His professional practice spans more than 30 years, and he has experience in the areas of Controllership, Legal, and Tax. He has held various positions, including Counselor of the Tax Commission at Coparmex Puebla, Honorary Taxpayer Ombudsman before SAT Puebla Sur, and Member of the Tax Commission of Canaco Puebla.

Andrés is a Public Accountant graduated from Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP), where he also completed a Law degree. He holds a specialization in Taxation from Universidad Iberoamericana, where he also completed a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law.

He holds certification from Mexico’s Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) in the field of Prevention of Transactions Involving Funds of Illicit Origin. He is also certified in Anti-Money Laundering Prevention (PLD) by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP), holds a diploma as Compliance Officer from Inacipe, and is a member of the Anti-Money Laundering Prevention Commission of the College of Public Accountants of the State of Puebla.
