Partner of the Consulting area at HLB Puebla, with 34 years of experience in auditing and consulting and 25 years as an independent advisor. His career combines technical rigor with a strategic vision focused on strengthening the financial, operational, and patrimonial structure of family businesses.

Throughout his career, he has supported professionalization, generational succession, and corporate governance processes, promoting solid structures that allow family businesses in different sectors of the country to remain and grow.

He has collaborated with national and international firms, developing a comprehensive approach based on ethics, transparency, and continuous improvement.

He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Management, as well as programs in Senior Management, Corporate Governance, and International Standards on Auditing from institutions such as ITAM, UNAM, UDLAP, and IPADE.

As a partner of HLB Puebla, he leads consulting projects focused on consolidating the vision, institutionalization, and continuity of family businesses in Mexico.
